Man arrested after drugs and cash seized

A man has been arrested after officers seized cash, heroin, cannabis and scales in Stoke-on-Trent.

Officers were on #problemsolvingpolicing patrols around Stoke on Wednesday (19 November) when they spotted a man wearing a balaclava.

The man was searched and officers seized £325 in cash and cannabis. A nearby address was then searched and officers seized suspected class A drugs, more cannabis, mobile phones, snap bags and scales.

An 18-year-old man, from Stoke-on-Trent, has been arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of class A and B – heroin and cannabis.

He has since been released under investigation.
